Art in Nature

Come have fun with us while learning about the beauty and art of the Chihuahuan Desert with our Art in Nature Summer Camp! Campers will have opportunities to create Chihuahuan Desert inspired art, go on a nature scavenger hunt, learn how to make natural pigments, and more!

Advancing in Archaeology

Join us for an advanced archaeological camp to explore the past in more detail than ever before! Campers will work with real artifacts, and practice excavating in a replica archaeological site. Camp will be all day to allow us to explore in-depth archaeological topics, campers will need to bring a lunch.

Mini Archaeologists

Introducing our first camp for our youngest archaeologists! Campers will learn what an archaeologist is, practice digging for artifacts, and learn how we study the people who came before us.

Explore the Chihuahuan Desert in a new way, learn about different wayfinding techniques, and how to use a compass, while also discussing some of the common landforms seen in our region! Campers will discover how geography and archaeology tie together and how native groups would have utilized their environment.
